These terms apply to lawn care services provided by AUSSIE MOWING PTY. LTD (ABN 89 700 090 428) (“Aussie Mowing”, “we”, “us”). By booking a service you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Quotes
Quotes are free and based on the information you provide. If the property differs significantly from the description (for example, a heavily overgrown lawn), we will let you know and confirm any price change before starting work.
Scheduling and access
- Regular services are booked weekly, fortnightly or monthly; one-off services are booked by arrangement.
- You must provide safe access to the lawn, including unlocked gates and pets secured on the service day.
- If we cannot access the property on the scheduled day, a call-out fee may apply.
- Services may be rescheduled due to weather or safety reasons. We will let you know as soon as possible.
Payment
Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. There are no hidden costs: any additional work is agreed with you before it is carried out.
Cancellations
Regular services can be paused or cancelled at any time with reasonable notice before your next scheduled visit. There are no lock-in contracts.
Property and liability
Please remove toys, hoses and other obstacles from the lawn before your service and let us know about hidden hazards such as sprinklers or cables. Our contractors take care around your property. If you believe damage has occurred, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate.
